How we look after your information, what to expect from fynds, and where to turn when something needs attention.

Privacy
fynds helps curators collect recommendations and share public stores. This notice describes information used by the current web product.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, password hash and authentication records. Session records can include your IP address and browser information.
- Store information: your store name, handle, biography, profile image, social links, collections and product recommendations.
- Usage information: store visits, sharing actions and product-link clicks, along with operational records used for security and troubleshooting.
- Information you choose to send when asking for help or reporting a concern.
What becomes public
A published store displays its profile, recommendations and collections to anyone with its link. Your account email and password are not displayed on your store. Avoid putting private information in a public profile or upload.
How we use and share information
We use this information to run accounts and stores, import product details, route product links, measure activity, maintain security and respond to requests. Cloudflare provides hosting, database and image storage. Product URLs may be sent to Zyte or other configured extraction providers to retrieve product details. Cuelinks receives merchant URLs and store/product identifiers to create commission-enabled links; form checks may use a temporary preview identifier.
Clicking a product takes you to external services, whose privacy and tracking practices apply. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or to investigate misuse and protect users.
Retention, security and your choices
Information is retained as needed to provide the service, address disputes and security incidents, and meet applicable legal obligations. Passwords are stored as hashes. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
You can edit your profile and recommendations in your workspace. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify ownership; some records may need to be retained for lawful reasons. Deletion requests are currently handled manually.

Terms of use
These draft terms describe use of fynds by shoppers and curators. Use the service lawfully, provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. Creator accounts are intended for people aged 18 or older.
Your store and content
You remain responsible for the recommendations, images and information you add. Only upload content you have the right to use. You grant fynds permission to host, display and process that content as necessary to operate your store and the service. Do not impersonate others, publish unlawful content, interfere with accounts or manipulate clicks and commission tracking.
Buying from a recommendation
fynds is a recommendation platform. Purchases, payments, fulfilment, returns and warranties are handled by the retailer. Contact the retailer about an order or refund. Product details and prices are captured when imported or updated and can become outdated. Confirm the current price, variant, availability and terms on the retailer’s website before buying.
Availability and changes
fynds is in early access. Features and partner availability may change, and the service may be interrupted. We may restrict content or account access where necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Contact us if you believe a restriction was mistaken.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Material policy changes will be reflected here; appropriate additional notice should be provided where required.

Commission disclosure
Some product links are commission-enabled. fynds and the recommending curator may earn a commission when an eligible purchase is attributed to one of these links. Retailer prices and offers are controlled by the retailer.
“Commission available — earn up to X%” is a potential maximum supplied by a merchant’s network data. It is not a guaranteed rate, a confirmed earning or a payment promise. Categories, customer types, exclusions, attribution windows, cancellations, returns and partner validation can affect eligibility and the final amount.
The current pilot intends to pass on 100% of the commission fynds receives for eligible attributed purchases. Commission records and withdrawal payments are handled manually. Confirmed earnings are available to withdraw from your Earnings page. Withdrawal requests are marked complete after payment is made. Displayed examples or demo balances do not represent payable earnings.
Keep recommendations transparent
Curators should clearly disclose commission relationships, paid promotions, gifts and other benefits wherever they share recommendations. Use a prominent disclosure suited to the channel; a policy link alone is not enough. For India, consult the ASCI influencer disclosure guidance.

Creator standards
Authentic recommendations are the foundation of fynds. Share products honestly, describe your experience accurately and make commercial connections clear. Do not make unsupported health or performance claims, post counterfeit or prohibited products, or hide paid relationships.
Respect privacy and intellectual property. Do not upload someone else’s personal details, copyrighted content without permission, or misleading product images. Potential commission should never be presented as a guaranteed result.
We may review reports and remove or restrict content that violates these standards. Decisions can be challenged through the contact below.

Complaints & requests
For a privacy request, misleading recommendation, suspected account misuse, copyright concern or other platform complaint, contact fynds below. Complaints are reviewed manually during the pilot.
Include the store or product URL, what happened, when it happened and a way to reach you. For a content-rights complaint, identify the material, explain your rights and provide supporting information. Never send your password, bank PIN, payment-card details or API keys.
We will review the information, request clarification if needed and communicate the outcome. Applicable statutory complaint timelines and rights take precedence. For retailer order, delivery, return or refund concerns, contact the retailer directly.
